Son, the afflictions you have suffered are producing an everlasting fruit that will be felt long past your time upon this earth. There is a connection to hardship and glory that you are called to. These have more to do with eternity than the now. I am working in you something so valuable. It is how I plan to use you in eternity. I am preparing you on earth for what is yet to come, and what you are yet to receive. Do you remember my parable of the talents?(Mt. 25-14-30). Some of my sons were not good stewards of what I entrusted to them. I entrusted hardship to you. You have overcome through me. You have been faithful in a place where many have lost heart. Keep trusting. The end SHALL BE greater than the former. You must believe this. Do you remember when I spoke that to you through one ofmy daughters? It really is true, you know. Your affliction is but for a moment, and it is working in you an eternal weight of glory.
For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2Cor 4:17
